Chi Gong Practice

‘Chi Gong’ (literally energy practice) is a nuanced method controlling your body’s ‘Chi’ through training the body, mind, and most importantly, breathing. Taoist Chi Gong originated in the Eastern Han Dynasty and has more than 2,000 years of history. 


Master Ko is a renowned Chi Gong master from China with an international reputation. He has over 50 years of experience in Hong Kong, China, the United States, and Canada, including the Zhanjiang Cancer Research Foundation in China, the Gao Huang Chi Gong Institute in San Francisco and Hong Kong, and has taught at the California Pacific Center, the San Francisco Youth Center and the North Bay Cultural Center.


Participating in a Chi Gong practice session will help calm your mind, enhance your ‘Chi’ (spiritual energy), and strengthen your body. Participants can experience several unique techniques and styles, including moving Chi Gong, Laughing Chi Gong, and Oxygenated Chi Gong, to awaken their bodies’ meridians and learn how to absorb energy from nature. Chi Gong practice is offered every Saturday.
